1. Our Return Commitment
At Home Goods, we stand behind the quality of the products delivered by our local merchants. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return under our standard guidelines.
2. Timeframe & Rules
- Fresh Produce & Groceries: Due to health and safety standards, fresh perishables, dairy, and items requiring immediate refrigeration must be checked at the doorstep upon delivery and can only be returned directly to the rider at that time.
- Dry Goods & Houseware: Standard household items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and have proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or report a damaged delivery:
- Email our customer service team at Support@homesgoods.Africa within the applicable timeframe.
- Include your Order Number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, our support team will coordinate with one of our payroll delivery boys to collect the item from your location in Liberia.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Depending on the payment method used (COD or online methods), the amount will be refunded directly to your Home Goods wallet balance or your original payment channel.
