By accessing or using the Home Goods marketplace platform, courier dispatch networks, or purchasing products from merchant stores on our platform in Liberia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Marketplace and Delivery Services
Home Goods operates an online marketplace connecting Liberian consumers with local merchants. We provide payroll delivery boys to dispatch ordered goods:
- Rider Schedule: Delivery drivers operate up to 7:00 PM every single day.
- Verification Code: All delivery dispatches require customer verification check (secure codes) at the doorstep.
- Custom Courier: Door-to-door courier service is subject to package size and weight compliance guidelines.
3. User Obligations
When utilizing our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact, location address, and payment information.
- Coordinate with the courier rider for receipt of packages during operational hours.
- Refrain from dispatching illicit, dangerous, or restricted materials via our custom courier service.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we guarantee high-speed dispatches through our managed delivery boy network, Home Goods is not liable for merchant-specific product manufacturing defects, inventory discrepancies, or acts of nature that disrupt courier transit outside our reasonable control.
