1. Managed Logistics in Liberia

Unlike traditional marketplaces, Home Goods employs a dedicated fleet of professional delivery boys on our payroll to handle all logistics. This guarantees that your orders are treated with extreme care and dispatched on-time.

2. Delivery Schedule & Deadlines

• Rider Working Hours: Our dispatch riders are active on the road from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM every single day (including weekends).
• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for guaranteed same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched first thing the next morning.

3. Verification & Security Checks

For your safety, we utilize a secure, encrypted check system:

• Upon placing an order, a unique Secure Verification Code is sent to your account profile.
• When the delivery rider arrives at your doorstep, you must verify the code with the rider to release the package safely.

4. Support & Tracking
